Apply to our RAW | Lab classes

At RAW | LAB, we train the artist by training the instrument. And the instrument is you—your imagination, body, spirit, psychology, behavior, and emotions.

Acting is doing—and doing requires practice.
Every week you’ll work on curated scenes, monologues, and RAW Flow™ exercises designed to sharpen your craft and deepen your trust in yourself as an artist.

For Actors

RAW is your rehearsal room and your training ground. It’s a sacred space where you can explore without judgment or hidden agendas. You’ll work with a vast library of scenes and monologues while developing the muscle memory of audition technique—a skill every actor needs, whether you’re breaking in or already booking.

For Writers

We honor the written word. Writers bring in pages, cast from the class, and watch their work come to life. It’s a rare and valuable opportunity to hear what’s working, what’s missing, and what’s truly alive in your writing. Feedback is available if and when you want it.

For Directors

Directors join RAW to practice working with actors. By directing scenes and monologues, you’ll learn how to communicate your vision more clearly and understand the actor’s process more deeply. The result: richer collaboration, stronger performances, and a shared language between you and your cast.

Why RAW | LAB?

We don’t train artists to be liked. We train to be undeniable. RAW stands on three pillars—acting, writing, directing—and treats each artist as an adult with a voice worth being heard.

RAW was built by Guy Camilleri from a place of love and strength. At its core is a simple truth: trying to please others is the death of an artist. Learning to honor your point of view isn’t just satisfying—it’s freedom. And freedom is where great art lives and breathes.
